Standard specification on a Watkins stable as follows:
- Height
Height to eaves 7’6". - Cladding
High quality, pressure treated shiplap T&G boards 14mm x 125mm planed. - Framing
3" (75mm) x 2" (50mm) planed timber framing, spaced at approximately 24" (609mm) intervals. - Roof joists
4"(100mm) x 2"(50mm) planed timber joists spaced at approximately 24"(609mm) intervals. - Roof Cladding
Black Onduline corrugated roof sheets are used as standard. - Canopies
Canopies extend to 3' and underlined with 14mm T & G shiplap cladding as standard. - Kickboards
½" (12mm) exterior grade ply which is fitted to 4’ (1220mm) height. - Stable Doors
Stable doors are 4’ (1219mm) wide and 6’ 10" (2082mm) high. We use heavy-duty galvanized 20" hinges, brenton bolts, cabin hooks to top doors, and kick-over latches are fitted as standard. 2"Galvanized Chew strips are also fitted to the top edge of the bottom door. - Gable Ends & Ventilation
All gable ends are finished with louvered ventilator grilles as standard. - Stable Windows
2' opening window with Perspex sheet and internal wire mesh. - Treatment
All timber is pressure treated.

- 18mm Kickboards. 4" black guttering. Timber or metal skids. Talk grilles.
